Sean Hartnett, geography and anthropology, interviewed Haile Gebrselassie of Ethiopia after he broke the marathon world record during the Berlin Marathon Sept. 30. Harry Jol, geography and anthropology, was interviewed by WAXX/WAYY radio Sept. 28 for a story about his research in Israel. Jol and UW-Eau Claire student Jacob McDonald also were interviewed Sept. 17 by Chippewa Valley Community Television for a show titled "Sinai, commandments and Wisconsin research."
