The display, sponsored by the Exchange Club of Eau Claire, coincides with the Continuing Education workshop "When the Victim is a Child —Recognizing and Responding to Child Abuse." The Sept. 18 workshop will be led by Victor Vieth, director of the National Child Protection Training Center at Winona State University.
