UW-Eau Claire alumnus George L. Simpson Jr., former UW-Eau Claire faculty member George L. Simpson Sr. and alumna Marie (Stannard) Simpson were mentioned and Kimera Way, UW-Eau Claire Foundation, was quoted in the Jan. 10 Leader-Telegram article "YMCA, UW-EC receive $4.3 million gifts."
