Campus Kitchens Project featured on WPR's 'The West Side'

Don Mowry, Center for Service-Learning; Dylan Thomas, an AmeriCorps VISTA representative to UW-Eau Claire; UW-Eau Claire student Lindsey Johnson, the Campus Kitchens Project president; Christian Wyse, Sodexo Food Services general manager; and Rick Beckler, director of Hospitality Services at Sacred Heart Hospital, will be guests on Wisconsin Public Radio's "The West Side" Jan. 26. The group will discuss the UW-Eau Claire Campus Kitchens Project, a new organization which will donate unused food from UW-Eau Claire cafeterias to those in need in the community. The show will air on WHWC, 88.3 FM, at 5 p.m.
