UW-Eau Claire graduate Carla Rubeck was featured in the Sept. 8 Leader-Telegram article "Friends' kindness lessens family's cancer trauma." Carla's husband, Mike Rubeck, also a UW-Eau Claire graduate, was quoted in the article, as was Carla's niece, Sara Larsen, a UW-Eau Claire student.
