Helping with Hunger

Mary Canales, nursing, is featured in the  Sept. 19 Leader-Telegram story titled "Hunger Strikes Home" and the Sept. 12 Volume One article "Helping with Hunger." Canales discusses her research about hunger in the Chippewa Valley and the upcoming film screening at UW-Eau Claire of the documentary "A Place at the Table," which highlights the struggles of 50 million Americans facing hunger.
