Presentations in Bolivia
Vicky Crane, sociology, gave two presentations about intimate relationships and marriage at the C.I.T.E. Paracaidista Military Base in Cochabamba, Bolivia, March 24. The presentations were covered by the local television news station. On March 27, Crane also was interviewed for a segment on the television station's morning program. She discussed a variety of topics, including her group's 20 years of humanitarian work in Cochabamba and the six dental clinics they established there; the importance and consequences of intimate relationships for the military and society; and the changes in Bolivia and the world in the past 20 years.
